Not happy with your results? Don't worry. Just contact us via hello@onlycurls.com and we'll streamline the exchange process for you. If you'd rather a refund, that's absolutely fine too.
Our curl care team are on hand to help - and we love to share tips and tricks to get your curls and waves looking fabulous.
What's your return and exchange policy?
- 30 Days -
You'll have thirty days from purchase to return or exchange your items.
- If for any reason you would like to return your item, please email hello@onlycurls.com to arrange the return or exchange.
- Our goal is happy curls. If you are unhappy with the products our curl support team will make suggestions to your routine or offer alternative (more suitable) products in exchange.
- Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Please note: Returns or exchanges may be limited based on misuse or bulk purchases. Refunds cannot be applied to 1L bottles or bundles over £40. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
